Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 8, 2026 · Last updated: June 8, 2026
The short version
- Pixora edits your photos on your device. You choose which images to import through Android's system picker.
- Pixora is free and ad-supported. We show ads via Google AdMob and use analytics and attribution tools.
- We use third-party SDKs: Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Adjust / AppsFlyer — each is disclosed in full below.
- These partners may process your Advertising ID and device/usage signals. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID and decline personalized ads.
- We do not sell your personal data to data brokers, and we do not access your SMS, contacts, or precise location.
- You can contact us anytime at phuchuynhqn11@gmail.com to exercise your privacy rights.
This Privacy Policy explains how Sticker Maker Studio & Editor ("Pixora", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Android application distributed through the Google Play Store. By installing or using Pixora, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we process directly
Photos and images you choose
Pixora's core function is to turn your photos into stickers. When you tap to import an image, Android's system photo picker lets you select specific photos. Pixora only receives the images you explicitly choose. Your photos are processed locally on your device to create stickers — we do not upload your original photos or finished stickers to our own servers. Image files (and any EXIF metadata they contain) remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
Permissions the app requests
- Photos / Media access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, or the Photo Picker on Android 13+) — so you can import images to make stickers. We request access only to what you select.
- Storage / Save to gallery — to save your finished stickers and exported packs back to your device.
- Internet & network state — to load ads, deliver analytics, and check connectivity.
- Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) — required on Android 13+ for advertising and attribution. Used by AdMob and Adjust/AppsFlyer to serve and measure ads.
You can review or revoke permissions anytime in Android Settings → Apps → Pixora → Permissions.
Usage & device data
To keep the app stable and understand which features are used, we and our SDK partners collect technical information such as device model, operating-system version, language, country/region, app version, anonymized in-app events (e.g. "created sticker", "removed background"), crash logs, and your Advertising ID.
Local storage
Your app preferences, recently used items, and the sticker packs you create are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes this local data.
Support communications
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message, used solely to help you.
2. Third-party SDKs we use
Pixora embeds the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We disclose them here so the information matches our Google Play Data safety declaration.
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config)
Operator: Google LLC
Purpose: App usage analytics, crash and stability reporting, push notifications, and remote feature configuration.
Data processed: app instance ID, device model, OS version, language, country, screen views, anonymized event data, and crash stack traces.
Privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google AdMob
Operator: Google LLC
Purpose: Serving advertisements that keep Pixora free to use.
Data processed: Google Advertising ID, coarse IP-derived location, device signals, and ad-interaction events. AdMob uses the User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow to obtain GDPR/CCPA consent. Whether you see personalized or non-personalized ads depends on your consent choice.
Privacy policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Adjust / AppsFlyer (mobile attribution)
Operator: Adjust GmbH and/or AppsFlyer Ltd.
Purpose: Measuring marketing campaign performance, install attribution, and fraud prevention.
Data processed: Advertising ID, a hashed device fingerprint, install/open timestamps, and conversion events.
Privacy policy: adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy · appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy
Your choices regarding these SDKs
- Reset or limit your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, then "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID".
- Decline personalized ads: choose the non-personalized option in the in-app UMP consent prompt when it appears.
- Opt out of analytics where offered: contact us to request that we limit non-essential analytics tied to your device.
- Withdraw consent: email phuchuynhqn11@gmail.com and we will act on your request.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not read your SMS or call logs.
- We do not access your contacts.
- We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
- We do not access your microphone.
- We do not scan your photo library beyond the images you pick in the system picker.
- We do not handle or store your payment-card data.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to data brokers.
Because Pixora is ad-supported, the advertising and attribution partners listed above are considered advertising/measurement partners. They receive limited advertising signals (such as your Advertising ID) as described — this is distinct from selling your personal data, which we do not do.
4. How we use information
- To provide and operate the sticker-making features.
- To keep the app stable, diagnose crashes, and improve performance.
- To display ads and measure their performance so the app can stay free.
- To understand which features are used and prioritize improvements.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5. Sharing & third parties
We share information only with:
- Google — Play distribution, Firebase, and AdMob.
- Adjust / AppsFlyer — attribution and measurement.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Data retention
| Data | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Firebase Analytics events | Up to 14 months (Google default) |
| Firebase Crashlytics records | Up to 90 days per individual record |
| Adjust / AppsFlyer attribution data | Up to 24 months |
| AdMob advertising data | Per Google's ad-platform defaults |
| Support emails | Up to 24 months |
| Stickers & preferences on your device | Until you delete them or uninstall the app |
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Ad opt-out: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and the in-app UMP consent controls.
- Requests: email phuchuynhqn11@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
- Account / data deletion: since Pixora stores your creations locally, uninstalling removes on-device data. To request deletion of any server-side records held by our SDK partners, contact us and we will assist.
8. Children's privacy
Pixora is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age, and our SDKs are not configured for child-directed treatment under the Google Play Families policy. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
Pixora is available globally. Your information may be processed on servers operated by Google, Adjust, or AppsFlyer in the United States, the European Union, or other countries. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Security
Your stickers and preferences are protected by the Android application sandbox and scoped storage. Network connections to our SDK partners use HTTPS/TLS encryption. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice or Google Play release notes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
