Getting started

How do I make my first sticker?

Open Pixora, tap to create a new sticker, then pick a photo from your device. Use the background remover to cut out your subject, refine the edges, add text, emojis or accessories, then save it to a sticker pack.

How does the background remover work?

Pixora can erase the background automatically, or you can switch to manual mode and brush areas in or out. Zoom in and fine-tune the edges for clean, sharp cutouts before you save.

Where are my exported stickers saved?

Finished stickers are saved to your device gallery, and sticker packs can be exported to supported messaging apps. After saving, look in your Photos/Gallery app, or use the in-app share option to send a pack straight to a chat app.

Privacy & data

Does Pixora upload my photos?

No. Pixora edits your photos on your device and only receives the images you pick through Android's system photo picker. We don't upload your original photos or finished stickers to our servers. Pixora is ad-supported, so advertising and analytics partners (Google AdMob, Firebase, Adjust/AppsFlyer) may process limited signals like your Advertising ID — full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I control the ads I see?

When you first open Pixora you'll see a consent prompt (UMP) where you can choose personalized or non-personalized ads. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID anytime in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

How do I revoke a permission?

Go to Android Settings → Apps → Pixora → Permissions and toggle any permission off. Note that turning off photo/media access will prevent you from importing images to make stickers.

Troubleshooting

The background remover isn't working well on one photo.

Automatic cutout works best on photos with a clear subject and contrasting background. For tricky images, switch to manual mode and brush the edges by hand, or try a higher-resolution version of the photo.

My sticker pack didn't appear in my chat app.

Make sure the messaging app is installed and updated, then re-export the pack from Pixora. Some chat apps require you to add a pack the first time before stickers show up in the keyboard. If it still doesn't appear, reopen the chat app or restart your phone.

The app feels slow or crashed.

Try closing and reopening Pixora, make sure you're on the latest version from Google Play, and free up some device storage. If a crash keeps happening, email us with your device model and Android version so we can investigate.
