Terms of Use
Effective date: June 8, 2026 · Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Sticker Maker Studio & Editor ("Pixora", "the app", "we", "us", or "our"), distributed through the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using Pixora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License grant
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Pixora on Android devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Pixora. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
3. Free & ad-supported
Pixora is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the app you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. We may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent choices, which you can manage through the in-app consent prompt and your Android advertising settings. Pixora does not currently offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases; if that changes, these Terms and the in-app disclosures will be updated accordingly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the app or its content without permission.
- Use the app to create, store, or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.
- Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or advertising features of the app.
- Use automated means to access or misuse the app.
5. Your content
Pixora lets you create stickers from images you provide. You retain all ownership of the photos and stickers you create. You are solely responsible for the content you import and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. Because your creations are stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing them up; we are not responsible for any loss of your stickers or packs.
6. Intellectual property
The app itself — including its software, design, logos, and built-in assets — is owned by Pixora and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
Pixora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixora and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the prior 12 months (which, for a free app, is USD 0) or USD 10.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixora and its developers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may end the agreement at any time by uninstalling Pixora. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
11. Google Play distribution
Pixora is distributed through the Google Play Store. This agreement is between you and the developer of Pixora only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use of the app must also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and with U.S. and other applicable export-control laws when using the app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
